Seasonal Performances of Joy and Sharing

The Simpson United Methodist Church Community Hand-bell Ensemble, directed by Johnnie Grattan, plays joyfully “songs of the Christmas season,” at the Austin Bergstrom International Airport. The ensemble’s caroling performance December 21st offered Christmas good wishes of joy to airport visitors, welcoming people home for Christmas and inspiring others thus far yearning to reach their destinations. The nine member intergenerational ensemble’s performance featured baritone John Hairston with the singing of carols, accompanied by Johnnie Grattan and bell ringers.
